“We loved Great Wolf in Grapevine, TX. The experience as a whole was fantastic. My youngest 11 to my oldest 16 had a blast. I felt safe and things were well maintained and clean. I do wish there were more and better showers at the water park. There were only two and we had to wait forever. Those bathrooms seemed to be the only ones that were not updated. There was restaurants right next to the hotel which gave discounts when you showed your hotel key. Overall excellent hotel and would stay here again.”

“The shuttle took well over an hour and we were with a small child who was so tired. It was misery, the front desk initially told me 10–15 minutes and I had to call multiple times. The driver was so rude, and wasn’t a safe driver. The seatbelt wasn’t working. He let a woman stand in the aisle of a small van driving. The room had hairs in shower, stains on toilet, with incredibly uncomfortable bedding. Absolute worst part of my 10 day international trip. Will actively avoid La Quinta in future....
